01Information We Collect
CyroSonic is engineered around a principle of data minimisation: the Service is designed to operate with the least personal information technically required — and that amount is two data points, obtained at sign-in.
To remove all ambiguity, the following are never gathered:
- Telephone numbers or contact lists
- Precise or coarse location, current or historical
- Listening history on the Service's infrastructure
- Payment information — the Service is free and processes no transactions
- Advertising identifiers or cross-site tracking data of any description
02How We Use Information
The username and email address serve a single, narrowly defined operational purpose: preserving the safety and integrity of the Service for its legitimate users.
- Detection — identifying spam, automated abuse, and hostile activity directed at the Service
- Enforcement — administering restrictions such as bans, and their reinstatement, in a consistent and reviewable manner
- Protection — ensuring that honest listeners inherit a clean, uncompromised environment
No secondary use exists. Your information is not consulted for marketing, profiling, or personalisation, and it is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes of any kind.
03Data Storage & Security
Playlists, preferences, and downloaded content reside exclusively on your device, under your control at all times. Authentication is delegated in full to Google; your credentials never pass through, nor rest with, CyroSonic. This design is deliberate: data that is never stored can never be breached.
04Open Source & Third Parties
CyroSonic is constructed in part upon open-source components, each selected with care, kept current with upstream security maintenance, and used in full accordance with its licence terms.
- Google Sign-In — the sole third-party service participating in authentication, operating under Google's own privacy terms
- No advertising SDKs — no code exists within the Service to serve or measure advertisements
- No third-party trackers — no analytics collection, session recording, or device fingerprinting is performed
05Your Rights & Choices
The information associated with your account remains subject to your direction at all times, and the following actions are available to you unconditionally:
- Clear — erasing the Service's application data through your device settings removes all locally held playlists and preferences immediately
- Delete — a removal request submitted via Telegram causes your username and email address to be expunged; owing to the minimal scope of retained data, deletion is complete rather than partial
- Leave — uninstalling the application eliminates every trace from your device; as no server-side profile exists, there is nothing further to close
06Children's Privacy
CyroSonic is not directed at children below the age of 13, and parental guidance is encouraged for younger teenage listeners. By using the Service you affirm that you satisfy the age requirement. Should an account be found to belong to a child under 13, it will be removed upon discovery.
07Changes to This Policy
The operator reserves the right to revise this policy as the Service develops. The Last updated date preceding this text identifies the version currently in force, and material amendments will be announced through the official Telegram channel. Continued use of the Service following a revision constitutes acceptance of the amended policy.
08Contact Us
Privacy enquiries, deletion requests, and related concerns may be directed to the operator on Telegram — t.me/xoxhunterxd — or through the contact facility on this website. Both channels are attended by a person.
